Shipping

Spa Yadira ships all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday) via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Delivery Guarantees: While we strive for timely delivery, Spa Yadira is unable to guarantee specific UPS or USPS delivery times or honor requests for specific delivery days/times.

  • International Orders: At this time, shipping is valid and effective only within the United States.

Product Information & Availability

  • Availability: Spa Yadira makes every effort to fulfill all orders. However, there may be occasions where a product is discontinued or unavailable due to manufacturing issues. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss fulfillment options or a refund.

  • Inaccuracy Disclaimer: From time to time, information on spayadira.com may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and change information at any time without prior notice (including after an order is submitted).

  • Colors: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, because actual colors depend on your monitor and computer settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact Spa Yadira via phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return window is 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged, sealed packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Tampered Products: For health and safety reasons, Spa Yadira cannot accept or refund products that have been tampered with, opened, or used.

  • Sale Items: All promotional or "Sale" items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. If you receive a defective product, it may be exchanged for the same item within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying and arranging return shipping for any exchange or refund.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
