Spa Yadira is thankful to all our guests for choosing us for all their skin care needs. Our friendly and attentive therapists are experts in the art of pampering and wish all our guest enjoy and delight in the unique and tranquil atmosphere that has been created especially for you.
Begin to unwind before your spa treatment by changing into your "spa wardrobe". What is this you ask? It is a robe (for him or her), a gown (for her) and slippers (for him or her). Once you are fully changed, you will be ushered into our relaxation room where you can relax and indulge prior to your treatment!
During any of your relaxing spa treatments, please do not hesitate to let your therapist know if the soothing background music, the room temperature and or the massage pressure is not right for you. The staff at Spa Yadira strives to make sure that your experience is one of total relaxation and comfort. We are grateful for your visit and are honored to call you our guest!
Our therapists have the right to end a session if at any time he/she feels uncomfortable due to any physical or verbal behavior that he/she feels is inappropriate from anyone receiving a treatment. This will NOT be tolerated and we will IMMEDIATELY contact the authorities!

- In order for you to enjoy the full spa experience. We encourage and recommend that your arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled service in order to change and enjoy our relaxation room.
- Please be courteous. Turn off all electronic devices before entering the spa.
- As much as we love children at the spa, we highly encourage leaving the little ones at home.
- We suggest making appointments in advance. However, we will always gladly do our best to accommodate your request.
- It is highly recommended, but not necessary, for men to shave at least two hours prior to their scheduled facial treatment.
- Please arrive on time as services can only be provided during the time allotted for your scheduled appointment. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment we may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest.

- Conditions: Please be sure to inform the receptionist or therapist if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart ailments, diabetes or any condition that may counteract with heat therapies, massage, pedicures or skin care. For your safety and well-being we highly discourage immediate sun exposure following skin care therapies; and shaving prior to and after exfoliation treatments. Some treatments may not be performed on sunburned skin.
- Drink plenty of water before and after your spa treatments.
- If you must cancel or reschedule your service, PLEASE kindly give 24 hours notice prior to your appointment in order to fill that time slot.
- Prices are subject to change at any time and do not include gratuities.
- Every guest is responsible for securing their own valuables prior to their service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen objects.
- Gift cards are neither replaceable nor refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. In order to redeem a gift card purchase, the client must have the gift card with them at time of check out. Without a receipt or a gift card number we CANNOT accept a gift card payment.
- In addition to cash and personal checks, we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.
